Biscaye water company distributing water for the two million inhabitants of Bilbao area has chosen Schneider Electric to renew its processing network and Etic Telecom to interconnect the various PLC spots. M340 from Schneider are thus interconnected to the central SCADA network by mean of SHDSL XSRING+ equipped with the bypass feature designed and produced by Etic Telecom. The network warrants the the continuity of the operation even when a line is broken.
